Use MathJax 4.1.3 with SRI and drop KaTeX from head.html, fix the malformed SVG favicon link, and add the Stan logo as the navbar fallback. Ship the workflow under inst/workflows and test that it matches the repository copy.
Simplify some tempalting things
The head template now comes from pkgdown, and Font Awesome 7 is added through template.includes. The navbar fork is pkgdown's own template plus the Stan logo, and a test fails if they drift apart.

Upstream's head template only emits favicon links for files it builds itself, so the SVG, 96px and web manifest links were lost. Restore the fork, which also keeps MathJax 4.1.3 and Font Awesome 7 for the Bluesky icon.
Upstream's head covers the favicon links. MathJax stays at pkgdown's 3.2.2, and Font Awesome 7 is added through template.includes for the Bluesky icon.
…gurable The PR build posts a sticky comment with the preview URL and the commit it was built from. PKGDOWN_RUN_DONT_RUN sets run_dont_run for the build (default TRUE).

pkgdown only emits favicon links when the package has pkgdown/favicon, which this site does not build. The head template is pkgdown's with the favicon block always on and the curly quotes fixed. MathJax stays at 3.2.2.
The head template is the only template fork now. It keeps the favicon links ungated and loads MathJax 4.1.3. The navbar logo is a CSS background, so the navbar template is pkgdown's own. The drift test goes with the navbar fork.
