Use LiveView’s JS attribute APIs to preserve client-managed state across server updates..

Fixes:

• Server updates resetting client-managed ARIA attributes and focus markers.
• Server updates overwriting dropdown, listbox, and combobox positioning or visibility styles.
• Combobox updates unnecessarily scrolling back to the highlighted option.
• Closed comboboxes attempting to restore option focus after updates.
• Stale active-option references when options disappear or become disabled.
• Dropdown and listbox positioning observers stopping after updates.
• Modal server-event handlers being unnecessarily removed and registered again.
