Does .NET Foundation archive repositories when a project leaves? #88

At #68 (comment) and #68 (reply in thread), it was planned that if a project leaves .NET Foundation, then the foundation would archive a copy of the project's repositories into the
dotnet-foundationorganization on GitHub. Is this policy in effect, or have the plans changed since then?Aspire 9.5.0 had this text in its README.md file:
Later though, that text has been removed as "stale repo/org and .NET Foundation references" in microsoft/aspire#15480, and the repository has been moved from
dotnet/aspiretomicrosoft/aspire. So this looks like Aspire has left .NET Foundation.However, I don't see the Aspire project listed in https://dotnetfoundation.org/projects/alumni-projects, and there is no Aspire repository at https://github.com/orgs/dotnet-foundation/repositories?q=archived%3Atrue.
