Describe the bug
First I want to make sure to point out that this is not a complaint! I am just posting this to help improve the project. It is very possible that change detection is unreliable due to user error.
That being said I found change detection to be very unreliable so far. I am monitoring 5 websites and 4 of them have issues.
I am using the Visual Filter Selector to monitor the version number so that I will get notified when a new update is pushed:

I get several notifications each day but the version number has never changed.
`ChangeDetection.io Notification - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/telcoin/id1455060641
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/telcoin/id1455060641 had a change.
Version 3.2.7
`
I am using the VFS to monitor the word "sold out" to see when it comes back in stock:

I get this error message sent to me:

I use Basic Plaintext to monitor this site. In Filters & Triggers I have "only trigger when new lines appear" selected and I do get multiple change notifications a day as well even though no new content has been posted.
Version
v0.39.17.1
Additional context
If there are any log files I could provide to help please let me know. Again, I am not complaining. Very possible that this is all user error. I will point out, though, that I have had none of these issues with "Distill Web Monitor". That one has been rock solid for me on all of these pages. Obviously it's not self hosted...
