Unable to connect to Playwright - ECONNREFUSED

I am running under Docker on Synology NAS and I keep getting this error when trying to check a monitor with a chrome browser:

 WebSocket error: connect ECONNREFUSED 172.18.0.2:3000 =========================== logs =========================== <ws connecting> ws://playwright-chrome:3000/ <ws error> error connect ECONNREFUSED 172.18.0.2:3000 <ws connect error> ws://playwright-chrome:3000/ connect ECONNREFUSED 172.18.0.2:3000 <ws disconnected> ws://playwright-chrome:3000/ code=1006 reason= ======

I tried many of the suggestions from other discussions including #726 , #627 , but they did not work.

My docker-compose.yml looks like this:

I had this issue before.
Restart the Playwright and ChangeDetection services should fix them.
