Both pieces are documented. For the Bitbucket side, see the Bitbucket Server and Data Center section of the installation guide, which covers creating an HTTP access token, setting [bitbucket_server] bearer_token and url, running as CLI with git_provider="bitbucket_server", and building the bitbucket_server_webhook Docker target for webhook mode. For the model side, see the Ollama section of the changing-a-model guide, and note the OLLAMA_CONTEXT_LENGTH warning since the 2048 token default is far too small for a diff. Two caveats: Bitbucket server supports only committable code comment mode for /improve, and local open-source models are recommended for experimentation rather than production reviews.
