How to prevent opening in default pdf viewer

Hi, I begin to discover and use pdf++, I have the following issue :
I use NoteBook Navigator, and every time I click on text within a pdf to highlight it, or even on the file itself in the NN's side panel, it launches MacOS native preview (default pdf viewer) and opens a window with this file on top of Obsidian.

So we could see this as a Notebook Navigator's issue...
Except that

this doesn't happen within NN side panel when pdf++ is desactivated.
this doesn't happen when NN is desactivated and pdf++ activated

Is it a compatibility issue within these two plugins ?
An improper setting in one of them ?

Any idea ?
