Change Text Selection Highlight Color

Hello,

How do I change the selected-text highlight color in PDF++ or PDFs inside Obsidian in general?

I am a non-programmer, non-CSS-knowledgable, layperson using Obsidian for D&D PDFs and notes. The default selected text highlight color is gray, which is almost invisible on light pdf backgrounds. I have combed the PDF++ settings, but cannot discern where to change this setting if it's possible.

Could someone please help and explain it to me like a dumb child? Thanks!
