how to prevent PDFs from being inverted in dark mode

[desa-thomas]

The PDF viewer in darkmode inverts the PDF's color and I can't find a way to disable this. Using Obsidian's 'adapt to theme' feature inverts the PDF's text and background to back to light mode but all images in the PDF remain inverted and the text is fuzzy. Can I remain in dark mode and not have the PDF's color inverted? Any help fixing this is greatly appreciated.

Edit: I cannot change the name of the discussion; it doesn't capture my question as I want it. I would rather have written 'How can I keep PDFs unaltered when I am in dark mode?'. Thanks again for any help.

PDF++ does not have related features. If you're sure that "Adopt to theme" option is already disabled, the issue is most likely to be your theme.
Some themes, including Minimal, have an option to invert PDFs. In most cases you can toggle it from the Style Settings plugin. For example, Minimal has something like this

So try switching to the default theme. If it fixes the issue, check your theme's style settings.
(BTW I personally recommend using the default theme anyways because there are a bunch of community themes that make PDF viewer sluggish)

If the problem still persists, then it's likely to be due to one of your CSS snippets.

我也遇到了这个问题，给杂七杂八的东西都删了，但黑暗模式下还是跟随着暗得厉害
